We recently carried out a balcony flat roof replacement in Finchley, renewing an old and weathered surface that was no longer watertight. The team removed the existing materials, applied a new high-performance waterproofing system, and ensured proper drainage to protect the structure below. The finished roof provides excellent durability and a smart, tidy appearance, making the balcony both practical and attractive.
